UX AUDITS
We begin by evaluating the competitive landscape and auditing the client’s platform. Our UX audit systematically identifies gaps and opportunities in the website or application’s design and functionality. By assessing usability, effectiveness, and overall user satisfaction, we uncover actionable insights that enhance the experience and optimise the platform. This helps the client understand not just what isn’t working, but how it can be improved.
Competitor Analysis
By selecting three to five competitors, we validate their platforms and measure their strengths against the client’s. This process not only highlights what others are doing better but also uncovers opportunities where the client can stand out. The audits are holistic, covering usability, design, accessibility, and business goals.
User Interviews
We design and conduct interviews that serve both discovery and validation purposes. These conversations help us uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points while also testing assumptions about the product. Participant recruitment is managed with client support to ensure the right audience is reached. Afterwards, we document the findings into a comprehensive analysis report that outlines key insights and actionable recommendations.

Usability testing
We observe how real users interact with the product to identify challenges in completing key tasks. By combining qualitative insights (what users say and feel) with quantitative measures (time, success rates, error counts), we create a balanced understanding of the user journey. We complement qualitative research with data-driven insights using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. These platforms reveal large-scale behavioural patterns like traffic flows, drop-off points, and engagement hotspots. This helps validate qualitative findings and guides evidence-based design decisions. This process ends with a detailed analysis report that highlights friction points and priorities fixes.

Our Impact

Our work involved user research and usability testing to understand how users interacted with Adobe’s applications in a rapidly growing digital-first market. The challenge was to uncover why only a fraction of users converted to paid subscriptions and to identify usability and localisation improvements that could drive adoption.

We conducted competitor research and user interviews to understand what features would truly engage users and encourage daily app usage. The challenge was identifying the right solutions for Adani Capital’s truckers app that added meaningful value to their day-to-day workflow.

We conducted usability testing to evaluate the e-commerce platform. The challenge was simplifying navigation and product discovery for users, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive shopping experience for parents exploring products.

We performed competitor analysis and quantitative research to map user behaviour and identify critical drop-off points. The challenge was to extract actionable insights from large-scale usage data to strengthen retention and optimise the platform experience.
