Unlike typical hair care products, Traya offers a comprehensive solution that targets internal health issues like gut problems, thyroid imbalances, stress and nutritional deficiencies, providing a truly effective hair restoration journey. With a 93% success rate, Traya is redefining hair care by delivering personalized treatment plans backed by expert guidance.

Challenges
Designing the Traya app presented several unique challenges. One of the primary challenges was ensuring that the interface effectively catered to multiple user cohorts, each with distinct needs and treatment journeys. We needed to create a personalized experience while maintaining consistency across different segments
Additionally, incorporating features like habit-building and gamification required careful planning to keep users engaged without overwhelming them. Striking a balance between providing comprehensive information about Traya's holistic approach and ensuring an intuitive and user friendly-design was a constant challenge throughout the project.

Process Overview
We began by gathering essential brand assets, new branding guidelines, color palette's, and image styling to understand the client's vision. Detailed insights from the client included exact sections needed for each user cohort, based on internal finding and customer support data. References from apps like Calm and Flo helped us grasp the desired look and feel.
Next, we developed a comprehensive Information Architecture (IA) for each section and cohort, which was verified and refined based on client feedback.
Lastly, we moved to the wireframing stage, creating multiple variations for key sections, such as 6-7 options for the Order Tracking card. These were presented to the client, who selected the final designs based on preferences and technical feasibility.

We gamified the "Build a Habit" feature by tracking medicine intake and rewarding users for consistent streaks, making the process engaging and encouraging adherence.

Traya's order summary pages are designed to provide a smooth and efficient experience, guiding users through the process of selecting the right products for their hair health journey. Based on the user's profile, the app recommends tailored solutions, ensuring they receive the most suitable treatments. With clear summaries and personalized suggestions, the process is effortless, helping users make informed decisions for their haircare needs.

Accurate Reports
Traya features an indepth hair test that helps users identify the root causes of their hair concerns. Based on the test results, we generate personalized reports that provide tailored healthcare solutions, including recommended medicine kits and customized diet plans. Users also have the option to consult with a professional hair coach, ensuring a holistic and effective approach to their hair health journey.
