UX/UI design solutions for Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital banking platform, developed by Ungrammary.

Challenges 

Kotak Mahindra Bank aimed to overhaul its outdated corporate banking to

allow all their customers' universal access across trade, collections, account services, loans, and payments through all channels like mobile, API and web, enabling a seamless customer service. Another aim was to introduce a new platform that guarantees paperless transactions. This initiative sought to facilitate self-service capabilities, promoting operational efficiency. The data presentation was designed through persona-based dashboards, incorporating insightful widgets and allowing users to personalise their experience.

  • Initiated a design thinking discovery workshop to ideate and conceptualize a personalized pre-login experience for the 
    app
