About the job role
We are looking for a UXUI Trainee Designer who is ready to actively contribute to real projects and grow within a fast-paced design environment. This program is designed for individuals who are ready to apply their skills in real-world projects and transition into a full-time role based on performance, where you will work on live projects, collaborate with senior designers, and bring meaningful design solutions to life.
During this 6-month program, you will be working on UX/UI projects, creating high-quality designs, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and users. If you are passionate about design and eager to prove your skills, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position with us.
Requirements
Graduates can apply (We do not offer this program for academic projects).
Individuals looking for a fast-track opportunity to secure a full-time UX/UI design role.
Designers with a strong foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design.
Creative problem solvers who are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of Google Material Design principles.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and via video conferencing).
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a team setting.
A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow.
