UX Design for Payment terminal with usability in focus.
The main constrain was to design for an audience that has minimum reading proficiency. We designed visual cues and interactions at each step to familiarize the users with the system's status and updates.
Designing point of sales (POS device) which could be used across 10+ countries and regions.

We conducted design research, stakeholders workshops, and heuristic evaluation of the merchant's existing POS terminal Interface. Our team focused on fully utilizing the terminal machine, which is usable and delights the customers simultaneously. We started with the research and changed the significant flows of the POS, followed by wireframe and Interface design.
UX Design & UI Deliverables
A lot was at stake as the product was about to be launched in 10+ markets worldwide. Our team decided to follow the design-first approach. The CEO of the company was also directly involved in feedback with our UX/UI team. We designed all the modules and interactions first and then handed over the design to the client's Technology team via, Zeplin.
